Since 2018, I have served as the Marketing Manager and In-House Designer for Alexander Hamilton Scholars (AHS), creating a consistent brand identity and voice for all marketing and promotional materials in print and online. I have established best practices for annual publications, including the Annual Report and fundraising gala (2019, 2020).
I am familiar with adhering to established branding guidelines while flexing creative freedom to shape the organization's brand in the direction I recommend.
I created a quick reference graphic for the team at AHS to ensure branding color adherence while also demonstrating how different file types impact the color view. 
This graphic has proven invaluable to the the small team at AHS, as I am the only staff member with design experience.
