Shadow Town

Shot around Florence, I strived to capture the movement of people in their daily lives in this stagnant city. Using post-production methods, I blurred and smeared faces and door and window openings, to demonstrate the closed-off nature of the Florentine society while offering a painterly, yet dark, approach to interpreting my time here.
